Shipping Policy
We offer 2-day shipping and a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all materials. Please share your order details with proof of purchase when contacting us.
To start a return, reach out to our WhatsApp support team. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Replacement Eligibility
We are proud to offer 100% free replacement for any wrong, faulty or defective items.
We wants to ensure that the product is received by the customer in its original condition and is not incorrect, broken or faulty. If you receive a product that is incorrect, faulty, broken or damaged you are eligible for a free replacement.
Timeframe
Your request of a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery will be done free of cost. After 7 days, there will be certain charges for the replacement. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo or video proof. Replacement shipment is processed as quickly as possible, usually within 5–14 working days
Replacement Process
To initiate a replacement, please share a video of the incorrect, faulty or damaged product to our customer support team within the eligible time frame. In a lot of cases the issue is with the usage of the product and our team can guide you on how the issue you are facing can be fixed. If we determine that the product is indeed faulty
We will schedule a replacement for you within 14 working days. Please pack the product (Original Product Box and All Accessories) for the courier to pick it up and provide you a replacement.
Please note that we do not offer a replacement for “change of mind”.
Delivery Time
We work with trusted courier partners to make sure your order reaches you quickly and safely. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Within the Same City: 2 – 3 working days
- Within the Province: 3 – 4 working days
- Other Provinces Nationwide: 4 – 7 working days
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor the shipment in real time. Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier load, or public holidays — but we always do our best to deliver on time.
